Self Sabotage

Ever feel like you're the one getting in your own way?

You make a plan, set the goal, feel the spark...

Then suddenly, you're procrastinating, second-guessing yourself, pulling back.

That's self-sabotage. And it’s more common than you think.

But here’s something we don’t talk about enough:

So much of our self-sabotage starts with the masks we wear.

✨The mask of being “fine.”

✨The mask of always being strong.

✨The mask of keeping it together when you're crumbling inside.

We learn to wear them to feel safe, to protect ourselves from pain, rejection, judgment.

But over time, those masks dis-connect us from who we really are.

And when you’re dis-connected from yourself, it’s hard to trust your choices…

Hard to feel worthy…

Hard to keep moving forward.

✨ What I’ve learned and what I teach is this:

Self-sabotage isn’t failure.

It’s fear.

It’s an old part of you trying to stay safe in a world that didn’t always feel safe.

But there’s another part of you.

The part that’s ready to stop hiding.

The part that’s tired of the loops, the pretending, the pressure.

The part that just wants to feel free, real, and enough.

That’s the work I do with my clients.

Gently take off the masks, meet the parts of themselves they’ve been avoiding, and finally start living in alignment with who they truly are.

No more self-sabotage.

No more shape-shifting to fit.

Just deep healing, lasting freedom, and the joy of being you.
