No claims are being made that our methods can heal physical conditions. Our clinics, courses, retreats or products should not substitute for the advice and treatment of a physician, doctor or other licensed health-care professional.

Refunds

Nikki's  coaching packages are mainly done online using Zoom. Please do not book unless you are willing to meet Nikki via Zoom for some or all of your consultations.  

When Nikki agrees to work with a coaching client she commits to the full package and will work with you to ensure all of your sessions take place within a reasonable period of time.  No refunds (including partial refunds) are available for unused sessions if you change your mind, life gets busy, you decide you don’t want to use Zoom or you decide you do not want to continue with your coaching package for any other reason.  It is in your best interest to finish the coaching package that you begin, Nikki does not encourage quitting before your work with her is complete.  Coaching packages must be completed within 9 months of purchase date. 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session date and time may be charged.

I understand that any of Nikki Hillhouse's services, Mind Calm Meditation, Body Calm Meditation Embodying Exercise , Mind Detox Method, Calm Cure (CC) or any advice or technique shared by Nikki Hillhouse  is completely voluntary, under my own free will and at my own risk.

I also understand that no assurance guaranteeing my safety is being made and I agree to hold Nikki Hillhouse, nikkikhillhouse.com  the sponsors, facilitators, organisers and property owners completely harmless of all liability if I sustain any injury (except for any injury which is caused by Nikki  Hillhouse's negligence or fraud) By agreeing to this waiver, I agree to assume full responsibility for any injury or injuries, physical, emotional and mental, that I may sustain when using the 'teachings and techniques' which is not caused by Nikki Hillhouse's negligence or fraud.

I also understand that Nikki Hillhouse shall not be liable to me, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or for any indirect or consequential loss sustained by me or any third party arising under, or in connection with, me practising the Mind Calm Meditation, Body Calm Meditation , Embodying Exercise, Mind Detox Method or Calm Cure Technique. However, nothing in this Disclaimer shall limit or exclude Nikki Hillhouse’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
